Feel at home in our cozy, spacious apartment in Flirsch am Arlberg with over 60 m2 for 2 - 4 people. In our apartment on the first floor with direct access to the large, cozy terrace you will find enough space for your winter and summer vacation on the Arlberg. In addition, you get free of charge your ski and ski boot depot directly at the cable cars in St. Anton am Arlberg.

Important information

• Prices in €uro per day and apartment, excluding tourist tax (5,00 € per adult per day).
• Prices excluding final cleaning of € 50.00
• In case of a late arrival or an early departure we charge the full price for the apartment.
• We don’t accept any credit cards!
• A deposit is necessary – it depends on the length of your stay
• Our house is a non-smoking house!
• No pets are allowed!
• We charge an extra fee for short stays.
• Check-In:   from 13.00 pm
• Check-Out: up to 9.30. am

Cancellation Policy

• 60 - 30 days before arrival: 30 % of the total invoice amount
• 30 - 14 days before arrival: 80 % of the total invoice amount
• 14 - 0 days before arrival: 100 % of the total invoice amount
